Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our salon management software to salons and beauty centers through field visits and demos.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit salons in assigned areas and pitch our salon software
Explain product features (appointments, billing, inventory, CRM, etc.)
Conduct on-site demos and convert leads into sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners
Follow up regularly and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Requirements:
Good communication skills & presentable personality
6 months–2 years of field sales experience (software/retail preferred)
Target-driven and comfortable with on-field work
Ability to explain product benefits clearly to customers
