· Visit local markets, business establishments, retail outlets, SMEs, and industrial areas to identify prospective customers.
· Meet leads generated by the tele-sales and marketing team and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
· Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, and market references.
· Understand customers' business processes and recommend suitable Tally solutions based on their requirements.
· Deliver product presentations and demonstrations (training will be provided).
· Build strong relationships with business owners, accountants, and decision-makers.
· Collect customer information and maintain accurate visit reports in CRM/Excel.
· Follow up regularly with prospects until closure.
· Coordinate with the product demonstration and implementation teams for smooth customer onboarding.
· Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, customer meets, and local marketing activities.
· Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities.
· Achieve monthly targets for meetings, lead generation, demonstrations, and sales conversions.
