Designation: Field Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive responsible for generating new business, meeting potential customers, promoting company products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits, customer interaction, lead generation, and regular follow-ups.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, networking, and other channels.

Identify and approach potential customers and business opportunities.

• Visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and present suitable products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information to customers.

• Follow up with leads and prospects and convert them into successful sales.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, installation/service, and customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the reporting manager.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.

• Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up wherever applicable.

• Represent the company professionally in the market and maintain a positive brand image.
