JD for Field Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify, approach, and acquire new customers for jewellery products.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat
purchases.
Conduct field visits & client meetings,
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product
recommendations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Report daily/weekly sales activities and customer feedback to the Sales
Manager.
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and jewellery
designs.
Assist in organizing promotional events & activities to boost brand visibility.
Ensure proper documentation of sales, quotations, and follow-ups.
Education: Minimum HSC or Graduation (Any Field)
Gender: Male
Experience: 2–3 years of field marketing experience.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
Own transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and energetic.
Professional and presentable appearance.
