Identify and develop new B2B customers through field visits, references, online leads, exhibitions and market research.
Visit packaging companies, manufacturers, FMCG companies, pharma companies, food companies, printing/packaging units and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable GLUPAC machinery.
Generate enquiries and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Give product presentations and explain machine features, benefits and applications.
Coordinate with the technical team for machine demonstrations, trials and technical discussions.
Prepare and share quotations with customers and follow up regularly.
Negotiate with customers and work towards closing sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Regularly update customer information, enquiries, follow-ups and sales status.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
Attend exhibitions, industrial events and customer meetings when required.
Coordinate with the management, technical and service teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
