Role Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive in Pune who will be responsible for on-ground sales activities in residential societies. The role involves meeting society decision makers, giving product/service demonstrations, generating leads, and supporting conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit residential societies in assigned areas of Pune
Meet society decision makers such as Chairman, Secretary, or Committee Members
Explain and demonstrate the company’s product/services
Generate and qualify leads from society interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
Maintain daily visit plans and area coverage
Collect society details and decision-maker information
Share feedback, objections, and market insights
Submit daily activity and lead reports through CRM/Google Sheets
Follow company sales process and field reporting discipline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
1–5 years experience in field sales / marketing (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with society-level interactions
Ability to conduct basic product demos
Smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Google Maps, Forms)
Local area knowledge of Pune preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in society sales / on-ground activations / B2C services
Target-driven and proactive attitude
Two-wheeler preferred (if required for mobility)
