Job Title: Field Marketing / Promotions & Sales Executive (Wellness & Food Subscriptions)

Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and street-smart Field Marketing Promotional Agent & Sales Executives to promote and sell our healthy salad subscriptions and therapy & wellness services through direct, on-ground outreach. The role involves visiting target locations, interacting with potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salad Subscription Sales (Field)

• Promote and sell daily / weekly / monthly salad subscriptions

Visit and pitch at:

o Corporate offices & co-working spaces o Gyms, yoga studios, fitness centres o IT parks, startups, and business hubs o Hostels, PGs, and residential apartments o Conduct sampling, demos, and trial offers

o Collect customer details and convert walk-ins into subscribers

Therapy & Wellness Sales (Field):

• Promote therapy sessions and Past Life Regression, wellness/ Meditation consultation / packages.

Approach:

▪ Corporate HR teams for wellness programs

▪ Fitness studios and wellness centres

▪ Community groups and residential societies

▪ Educate prospects about therapy benefits and booking process ▪ Schedule appointments and follow up for conversions ▪ Field Marketing Activities:

▪ Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials

▪ Build partnerships with gyms, clinics, cafés, studios, and offices

▪ Represent the brand professionally during field promotions

▪ Maintain daily field visit and sales reports

Target Locations (Key Selling Zones):

IT corridors (Whitefield, Electronic City, ORR, Koramangala)

Fitness hubs & wellness canters

Premium apartments & gated communities

Corporate parks and co-working spaces

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in field marketing / field sales / direct selling

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to work independently on the field

Interest in health, wellness, and healthy food

Comfortable meeting daily/weekly targets
