Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the FMCG segment. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, building strong relationships with distributors and retailers, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors on a regular basis

* Promote and sell FMCG products to retailers and wholesalers

* Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and stock availability

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

* Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base

* Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences

* Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the supply chain team for delivery

* Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections

* Maintain records of sales visits, orders, and reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)

* Proven experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and meet targets

* Good knowledge of the local market and territory

* Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)
