Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct field visits as per assigned routes/markets.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of sales or willingness to learn (for freshers).
Good understanding of local market will be an advantage.
