Job Description

We are hiring BDE / Field Sales Executives for a full-time, on-roll position in Nagpur. The role involves field sales, client visits, lead generation, and deal closure. This opportunity is suitable for freshers and experienced candidates looking to build a career in sales and marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Field sales and outdoor client visits

• Cold calling and lead generation

• Meeting customers and explaining products/services

• Closing sales deals and achieving targets

• Onboarding new clients

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: 12th Pass with 1 year experience OR Graduate & above

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Gender: Male candidates only

• Mandatory: Two-wheeler and smartphone

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills

• Sales and marketing knowledge

• Convincing and negotiation skills
