We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sumukh Traders. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximising sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit dealers and customers regularly in the assigned market/area
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
Identify and develop new dealers and business opportunities
Promote and pitch company products to dealers and customers
Generate orders and achieve assigned sales targets
Follow up for pending payments and collect cheques/payments
Coordinate with dealers to resolve complaints and service issues
Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities
Submit daily visit reports and sales reports to management
Track outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Present product samples, catalogues, and pricing details
Maintain regular follow-up to generate repeat business
Communicate company policies, schemes, and pricing updates to dealers
Expand market reach and increase product visibility in the assigned territory
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilise technology effectively are essential.
