We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our team at Airtel
Key Responsibilities
•Visit local markets and identify potential merchants and businesses.
•Onboard new merchants for Airtel QR Code and Payment Speaker products.
•Explain product features and benefits to merchants and close sales.
•Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
Candidate Requirements :
•Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
•6 months – 1 year of field sales experience preferred.
•Experience in Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, BharatPe, Airtel Payments Bank, or similar fintech/payment sales will be an advantage.
•Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and confident in handling field sales.
Comfortable with market visits and door-to-door sales.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, mobile applications, and technology.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
