Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Assistant based in Bengaluru. The role involves supporting the business development team by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities. The individual will also assist in building and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Other responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting strategic plans, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience to engage and maintain client relationships effectively.

• Proficient in Analytical Skills and Market Research to evaluate opportunities and trends within the real estate market.

• Exceptional Communication skills for clear and effective correspondence with clients and internal teams.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support the development of strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Passion for real estate and an understanding of the real estate industry are added advantages.
