Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, conducting meetings and presentations, and driving business growth. The role requires extensive field travel and regular interaction with school stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with schools, coaching institutes, and educational stakeholders
Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities
Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Build and maintain strong relationships with school management and decision-makers
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities
Submit regular reports on sales performance and market feedback
Travel Requirement:
Travel within the assigned state is mandatory
Regular visits to schools and educational institutions
15–20 days of field travel per month
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development, or educational sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluency in the regional language is mandatory
Two-wheeler and willingness to travel are preferred
Personal laptop is required
