We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Sparkup Technology Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and promoting our financial and IT products/services in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.

• Visit clients in the field to present company products and services.

• Explain product features and benefits to customers clearly and confidently.

• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

• Proven experience in field sales, loan sales, or financial product sales will be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
