Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to help grow our flooring and interior solutions business. This role involves meeting architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, commercial clients, and homeowners, generating leads, conducting site visits, following up on inquiries, and supporting deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, and project sites to generate business opportunities

• Identify and develop new leads in Pune and nearby markets

• Follow up on incoming inquiries from ads, referrals, and other marketing channels

• Conduct site visits and understand client requirements

• Present Spacify Décor products and solutions confidently

• Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, samples, and project discussions

• Build strong relationships with channel partners and repeat clients

• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales progress

• Support collections and post-sales coordination when required

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales

• Experience in building materials, interiors, flooring, laminates, tiles, furniture, hardware, paint, sanitary, or related sectors preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English

• Strong local market knowledge of Pune

• Comfortable with field visits, site meetings, and partner development

• Own two-wheeler preferred

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven

Compensation Structure

• Fixed salary: ₹22,000 to ₹30,000 per month

• Travel allowance: ₹3,000 to ₹4,000 per month

• Mobile allowance: ₹500 to ₹1,000 per month

• Performance-based incentives linked to activity and monthly sales targets
