Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Business Development)

Location: Kolkata (Field-based)

About Sonar Bangla:

Sonar Bangla is building a unique media + digital consultation ecosystem. Our platform combines a Live TV channel with a mobile app where users can discover and consult astrologers, doctors, wellness experts, and other professionals through chat, audio, and video consultations.

The TV channel creates awareness, while the app converts audiences into paying customers.

Role & Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for bringing revenue-generating partners to the Sonar Bangla ecosystem, including:

• Astrologers & spiritual consultants

• Doctors & healthcare professionals

• Wellness & consultation experts

• Singers, dance groups & performers

• TV commercial (TVC) clients

• Mega serial & content production clients

• Other businesses interested in advertising or partnering with Sonar Bangla

This is a field sales role that requires regular client meetings and travel.

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling

• Ability to build relationships with professionals and businesses

• Previous sales or business development experience is preferred

• Bengali & Hindi speaking candidates preferred

Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/month

• Travel Allowance: Provided

• Attractive Performance Incentives: Earn additional commission based on the revenue you generate
