Smart Structure®️ is an e-commerce platform for building materials. We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented Sales Executives to expand our dealer network and drive customer acquisition across Kolkata.

📌 Job Highlights

• Company: Smart Structure®️

• Location:Kolkata, West Bengal

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (varies for Interns)

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Employment Type: Intern/Full-time Field Sales

🏍️ Mandatory Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

• Vehicle: Must own a Bike/Scooter with a Valid Driving License.

• Work Type: 100% on-ground field sales and site visits across Kolkata.

• Skills: Good communication, convincing skills, and basic smartphone/app usage.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Option A: B2B Sales (Dealer Network)

• Approach and onboard building material dealers, distributors, and retailers across Kolkata.

• Follow up with registered dealers to generate business enquiries and orders.

• Maintain accurate dealer databases and daily activity records.

Option B: B2C Sales (Customer Acquisition)

• Promote the platform to homeowners, individual buyers, and prospective customers in Kolkata.

• Encourage users to download, register, and place orders on the Smart Structure app.

• Identify potential leads through field visits and local networking.
