Visit the client’s restaurant daily.
• Collect existing inventory data: raw materials, stock-on-hand, supplier details, outlets (if multiple), recipes, and usage patterns.
• Input and configure the data into client’s Inventory Module: set up stock items, units, categories, minimum-stock alerts, recipe ingredient links, central-kitchen transfers (if applicable).
• Set up purchase-order workflows and supplier integration (where relevant).
• Conduct hands-on training sessions with restaurant staff (kitchen, store-room, operations) on how to use the inventory module.
• Create training materials (quick-reference guides, cheat sheets) for client team.
• Monitor user adoption daily: ensure staff are using the system, answer queries, fix problems, escalate technical issues to the backend team
Fresher or experienced candidate with interest in client-facing software implementation/training (preferably in hospitality, F&B;, or retail).
• Good understanding of inventory management fundamentals (stock control, reorder levels, wastage management, transfer between locations).
• Comfortable with software configuration, data-entry-heavy tasks, and training non-technical users.
• Excellent communication skills and patience with non-tech-savvy users.
• Ability to travel daily to the client’s location.
• Strong discipline, since outcomes depend on your consistency.
• Ideally: familiarity with POS systems or restaurant operations is a plus
