As a QA Email Associate at Smart Coin, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of all customer-facing email communications. Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate customer email responses based on predefined quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement in email communication techniques and content.
• Provide constructive feedback to Email Associates to enhance their skills and performance.
• Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas needing attention.
• Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency in quality evaluations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of email quality guidelines and best practices.
• Document and report quality assurance findings accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the training team to incorporate quality insights into training programs.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a customer support email environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English (compulsory).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a positive and professional manner.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and email communication tools.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
