Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead business growth, expand market presence, and foster key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals.
2. Lead the sales team in hitting revenue targets and growing market share.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
4. Drive team performance through leadership and regular reviews.
5. Oversee budget planning and financial performance to maximize profitability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment.
7. Analyze market trends and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, Journalism, or related fields; MBA or specialized courses in Advertising preferred. Any Degree Holder can be considered.
• Proven experience in business development, Sales & Marketing especially in the advertising industry or any growing industry.
• Knowledge of South Indian languages will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Passion for working in the advertising field with an understanding of marketing trends.
• Ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding business targets in advertising.
