*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Field Sales Executive to drive sales, expand our retail network, and strengthen Cruise Max Sports' presence in the market. You will be responsible for onboarding new counters, managing existing distributors/retailers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and onboard new sportswear retailers, MBOs, and sports counters in assigned territory

- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets for sportswear apparel

- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision makers

- Conduct regular market visits, product demos, and competitor analysis

- Ensure timely order booking, payment collection, and maintain 100% payment hygiene

- Share market feedback on pricing, trends, and new product opportunities with management

- Execute promotional activities and ensure proper visual merchandising at stores

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in field sales

- *Industry:* Must have worked in sports category, specifically sportswear apparels

- *Network:* Should have existing relationships with sports counters, MBOs, and retailers

- *Skills:* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

- *Education:* Graduate preferred

- *Other:* Ready to travel extensively for market coverage

*Location Preference:*

- *1st Priority:* Surat-based candidates

- *2nd Priority:* Candidates from other Gujarat cities willing to relocate to Surat

- *3rd Priority:* Candidates from Maharashtra, especially Mumbai

- *4th Priority:* Candidates from other parts of India with strong sales network & proven skills in sportswear
