Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and confident Field Sales Executive who can independently generate business and find new clients across India.

The candidate should be excellent in communication, confident in meeting clients personally, and comfortable travelling to different locations for sales meetings and site visits. This is a field-oriented, target-driven role where the candidate will be responsible for finding clients independently rather than depending only on company-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently search and identify new potential clients across India.

• Visit clients, project sites, offices, hotels, banquets, architects, interior designers, builders and other relevant businesses.

• Generate leads through personal visits, networking, references, market research and cold calling.

• Meet clients on-site and understand their requirements.

• Present and explain the company's interior, furniture, fabrication, FRP/Fibre and GRC-related products/services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed orders.

• Negotiate with clients and close sales professionally.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Keep track of market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.

• Coordinate with the production/design/project teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.

• Maintain regular reporting of client meetings, leads, follow-ups and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills are a must.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Should be confident enough to approach and meet clients independently.

• Must be comfortable with extensive Pan-India travelling.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to generate business without depending entirely on company leads.

• Good presentation and client-handling skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.

• Should have a go-getter attitude and the ability to identify business opportunities independently.

• Basic knowledge of interior design, furniture, fabrication, FRP/Fibre or GRC will be an added advantage.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone who is not a desk-based salesperson. The ideal candidate should be comfortable going into the market, visiting sites, meeting new people, finding his/her own clients and converting those meetings into business.

If you are confident in communication, have strong field-sales skills and can independently hunt for clients and close deals, this role is for you.
