**Position:** Relationship Manager – Health Insurance (Field Sales)
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive sales of health insurance products through field activities. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing end-to-end support throughout the sales process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Generate new business through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable health insurance plans.
* Conduct product presentations and explain policy features and benefits.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Assist customers with documentation, policy issuance, renewals, and claim-related support.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and service.
* Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
**Required Skills & Qualifications:**
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–5 years of experience in health insurance, insurance sales, BFSI, or field sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
**Preferred Experience:**
* Experience in health insurance or general insurance sales will be an added advantage.
* Candidates with an existing network of agents, hospitals, or corporate clients are preferred.
