Job Description:
• Handling customers the product allotted and responsible for Order booking, Order management, Resolving Issues. • Formulating Strategies to achieve the targets area wise , customer wise and product wise • Visiting dealers regularly for business development to understand customers need • Working with plants closely for the planning and execution of orders in timely manner. • Working with quality team to minimize complaints and resolve issues. • Chasing and getting the payments dues from the customer. • Developing new reports for better insight of business. • Responsible for assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly and annually). • Goals set for month on month, maintaining relationship with target customers, customer service, channel sales (Handling Dealer, Distributor), sales support and sales. • Proper execution of order and dispatch it on time. Survey of dealer network, competitor product strategy etc.
Preferred Candidates:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Candidates with 3-4 years experience in marketing construction products
Candidate with good Communication Skills
Candidate must be fluent in English,Hindi Kannada, &Tamil
Candidate should possess a two wheeler
