Job Responsibilities:

• Visit retail outlets and assigned market areas daily.

• Generate bulk orders and achieve sales targets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Promote company products and increase market penetration.

• Collect market feedback and competitor information.

• Ensure timely order booking and follow-up on deliveries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: PUC / Any Graduation

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of experience

  • FMCG

  • Paint Industry

  • Hardware Industry

  • Construction Industry

Requirements:

• Age: Below 30 years

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to travel within the assigned territory

• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-handling skills

Preferred Skills:

• Retail sales experience

• Relationship-building skills

• Target-driven approach

• Basic reporting and documentation skills
