Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Noida. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, planning sales activities, meeting prospective clients, demonstrating products or services, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, the Field Sales Executive will provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to the company for strategy development.

1-Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills

2-Market Research and Strategic Planning abilities

3-Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Public Speaking

4-Problem-Solving and Decision-Making expertise

5-Time Management and Organizational skills with attention to details

6-Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

7-Prior experience in field sales or business development is an advantage

8-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
