Job Description – Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru
Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Sales (Real Estate Preferred)
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

Mythan Farms is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with at least 1 year of sales experience. Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and walk-ins.

• Meet prospective customers and present property/project details.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Conduct site visits and property demonstrations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Real Estate experience preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience).

• Real estate sales experience.
