AapniService.com is a fast-growing home and professional services platform offering solutions like home cleaning, appliance repair, water tank cleaning, and facility management services. We are expanding our on-ground sales team to strengthen our market presence and customer base.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote AapniService.com services, generate leads, onboard customers, and build strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local area networking

• Promote and sell AapniService.com services to households, offices, and businesses

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Conduct site visits and explain service packages and pricing

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

• Coordinate with operations team for service delivery

• Collect customer feedback and report market insights

• Maintain records of sales activities and customer data

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (service industry preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and CRM tools

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

• Self-motivated and target-oriented
