We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth, manage distributor/retailer relationships, and ensure effective market penetration of our FMCG products. The role involves meeting sales targets, executing promotional activities, and expanding market presence in the assigned territory.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to ensure product availability and visibility.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners to increase business opportunities.
Execute product displays, merchandising, and promotional campaigns as per company standards.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; share insights with management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales reports, customer visits, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Support new product launches and drive secondary sales through effective retail execution.
Provide regular updates and feedback to the reporting manager.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets under pressure.
Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels and retail operations.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
Customer-focused approach with problem-solving ability.
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG (Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply).
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
