Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) is responsible for driving sales growth by generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through regular field engagement, follow-ups, and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets and generate new business opportunities.

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.

• Conduct daily field visits within a 40 km radius in the assigned Tehsil.

• Upload visit details, orders, forms, and payments using the company mobile application (or manual entry system where applicable).

• Participate in daily Google Meet review/coordination meetings.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

• Ensure all advance payments are collected and deposited into the company account on the same day with complete accuracy and transparency.

Work Requirements

• Territory-based field sales role (single assigned Tehsil)

• Daily field travel required

• Strong discipline in reporting and digital tool usage
