NEXT MOVE INDIA is hiring enthusiastic and energetic candidates for the role of Front Line Sales Officer (FLSO) in the Banking Sales segment. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers looking to build a career in the Banking and Financial Services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell banking products to customers.

• Generate leads through field visits and customer interactions.

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

• Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.

• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the organization.

• Ensure proper documentation and customer onboarding.

• Maintain daily sales reports and activity records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Willingness to work in the field and meet customers.
