Position: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and promote the company's products and services in the market. The candidate should be comfortable with field visits and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular field visits to identify and acquire new customers.

Generate leads through market visits, networking, and references.

Meet potential clients and present company products and services.

Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare daily visit reports and sales activity reports.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution.

Represent the company in client meetings and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Strong Field Sales & Marketing experience.

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.

Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.

Market Research and Business Development.

Basic MS Excel, Word, and Email Communication.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualification

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates may apply.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Male candidate preferred.

Must be comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings.

Good knowledge of the Greater Noida and NCR market.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
