Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Location: Kasna Site 5, Greater Noida

Position: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers through field visits.

• Meet clients, understand their requirements, and present company products/services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Conduct site visits and client meetings to close sales opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on field activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and business development.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in Interior Design, Home Furnishing, Real Estate, or related industries will be an added advantage.

• Own vehicle preferred.
