Rahavaas Dekho is a Brokerage-Free One Stop Solution for migratory populations and residential rental property owners. Our platform helps tenants find rental homes easily while enabling property owners to rent their properties without brokers, saving time, money, and energy for both sides.

•Role Overview•

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive who will work on the ground to onboard rental property owners and expand Rahavaas Dekho listings. The role requires visiting residential areas, building relationships with property owners, and explaining the benefits of listing their properties on Rahavaas Dekho.

•Key Responsibilities•

Visit residential areas, societies, and independent houses to identify rental properties.

Onboard property owners on the Rahavaas Dekho platform.

Explain the brokerage-free rental model and benefits to property owners.

Collect property details, photos, and documents for listing.

Maintain a daily record of field visits and owner interactions.

Build strong relationships with property owners and local communities.

Achieve weekly and monthly property onboarding targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for listing approvals and tenant leads.

•Required Skills•

Good communication and persuasion skills

Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge

Ability to work independently in the field

Local area knowledge of Jaipur or nearby regions

Sales or field work experience is preferred

•Eligibility•

Graduate & Basic English understanding.

Freshers can apply

Field sales or Credit card & Loan experience is a plus
