Certifications
Preferred: Solar Energy / Sales / CRM or Technical Certification

8. Experience
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in B2C sales (preferably in Solar / Electrical / Construction / Real Estate / Telecom).
Prior experience in field sales, direct selling, or solution-based selling is highly preferred.
9. Skills Required
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of solar systems and net-metering
CRM / Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
Proposal preparation & calculation (ROI / Savings)
Mobile Apps for reporting (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Maps, etc.)
Soft Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
High level of persuasion and presentation ability
Time management and planning
Self-motivated and result-oriented
