Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and expand merchant network. The candidate will be responsible for merchant onboarding, relationship management through regular revisits, and SoundPod device installation & support.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Merchant Onboarding
• Identify and approach potential merchants in assigned territory.
• Explain Google Pay features, benefits, and offers.
• Complete KYC and documentation process.
• Ensure successful activation of merchant QR code.
2. Revisit & Relationship Management
• Conduct regular follow-ups with existing merchants.
• Resolve queries related to transactions, settlements, or app usage.
• Ensure active usage and retention of merchants.
• Cross-sell additional GPay products and services.
3. SoundPod Installation & Support
• Install and activate SoundPod devices at merchant outlets.
• Provide training on usage and troubleshooting.
• Ensure proper functioning and timely issue resolution.
• Coordinate with backend/support team for device replacements if required.
4. Sales & Target Achievement
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and activation targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales tracker.
• Provide market feedback and competitor updates.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience in field sales, BFSI, fintech, or payment solutions preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must have own bike and valid driving license.
• Basic smartphone handling knowledge.
