Job Role: Field Sales Executive
Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting customers in assigned areas, promoting company products or services, generating new leads, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers in the field
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Present and explain products or services to customers
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Collect orders and follow up on payments
Submit daily sales reports and market feedback
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
Basic knowledge of smartphones and sales apps
Ability to work independently in the field
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (varies by company)
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
