Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell mobile accessories to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with shop owners, increasing product visibility, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail mobile shops, distributors, and wholesalers in the assigned area daily.
Promote and sell company mobile accessories such as chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, cases, etc.
Generate new business by identifying potential retailers and distributors.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure proper product display and branding at retail outlets.
Collect market feedback regarding competitor products, pricing, and demand.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
Coordinate with the warehouse or office team for order processing and delivery follow-ups.
Collect payments when required and maintain proper records.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of mobile accessories products
Ability to travel within the assigned territory
Strong sales and convincing ability
Basic reporting and record-keeping skills
Qualifications
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1–2 years of experience in mobile accessories, telecom, field sales preferred
