Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive/Manager to promote and expand our Audio Visual equipment business across North India and South India. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, market visits, product promotion, lead generation, and building strong business relationships with distributors, retailers, DJs, event companies, installers, and AV professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit different cities and markets to promote Audio Visual products.

• Develop new dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

• Generate new leads from DJ shops, sound rental companies, AV integrators, event companies, and institutions.

• Explain product features, pricing, schemes, and benefits to customers.

• Conduct product demos and support promotional activities.

• Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and product demand information.

• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-up and payment collection.

• Represent the company professionally in the assigned region.

• Travel regularly across North India or South India as per company requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of audio visual equipment, DJ products, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, lighting, or AV systems.

• Strong dealer network development skills.

• Ability to travel frequently.

• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and follow-up.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

• Good relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in audio, DJ, AV, electronics, or professional sound industry.

• Existing dealer network in North India or South India will be an advantage.

• Candidate should be comfortable with field visits and outstation travel.

• North India: Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir

• South India: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana
