Job Summary:
The Field Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of field executives to achieve company goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves planning, monitoring, and reporting field activities, solving on-ground challenges, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of field executives.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor field activities to ensure targets are met.
Conduct regular field visits to track performance and provide on-the-spot support.
Maintain and share daily/weekly reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
Train and coach team members to improve productivity and customer service.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues in the field.
Coordinate with other departments (HR, Operations, Logistics, etc.) for smooth execution.
Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
