👨‍💼 Role: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for expanding Repair It's garage partner network across Ahmedabad.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Visit local garages, workshops, and service centers across Ahmedabad.

Meet garage owners and explain Repair It's platform, services, and benefits.

Demonstrate the Repair It application and explain how the platform works.

Onboard garage partners on the spot and complete their registration.

Explain Repair It's complete service offering, partner benefits, workflow, and earning opportunities.

Train newly onboarded garages on how to use the application.

Use creative onboarding manuals, sales material, and demonstrations to make the onboarding process simple and effective.

Build and maintain strong relationships with garage owners.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and sales targets.

Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.

🎯 Who We're Looking For

Good communication and convincing skills.

Comfortable with field work and daily travel.

Confident in approaching and speaking with business owners.

Strong sales mindset and target-oriented approach.

Ability to explain products/services clearly.

Freshers can apply if they have good communication and sales ability.

Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, business development, or automobile industry will be an advantage.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
