Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Executive to support on-ground property operations across Bangalore. The role involves property visits, inspections, coordination with tenants and vendors, and timely reporting through mobile applications.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy fieldwork, are comfortable with daily travel within the city, and can work independently while following structured operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residential properties as per the daily schedule

• Conduct routine property inspections and document observations

• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and maintenance vendors

• Capture site photographs and upload updates through company applications

• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections

• Verify property inventory and overall condition

• Ensure tasks are completed within assigned timelines

• Maintain professional communication during site visits

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC)

• Graduation is an added advantage

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, delivery services, real estate, or similar on-ground roles

• Comfortable with daily local travel within Bangalore

• Basic smartphone proficiency (mobile apps, reporting, and photography)

• Good communication skills in English and Kannada; additional languages are an advantage

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred

• ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
