Field Sales Executive
Location: Raghuvanshi Mills, Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on the interview)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). The role involves sourcing potential customers, building relationships with referral partners, understanding customer financial requirements, and assisting them throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, real estate agents, and other channel partners.

• Meet potential customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Generate leads, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure timely conversion of potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales and loan disbursement targets.

• Collect and ensure proper documentation of loan files and coordinate with the credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

• Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners to generate repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Banking, Financial Services, or Real Estate.

• Good understanding of loan products, customer sourcing, and the loan processing process will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, and other channel partners.

• Comfortable with field sales and working in a target-driven environment.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing regular customer follow-ups.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Home Loans, LAP, Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, Real Estate, or related field sales roles will be preferred.
