Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator (Field Sales)
Location: Gandhinagar
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–2 Years (Mechanical / Heavy Machine Sales or Door Locks Machine)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories to generate leads and close sales
- Promote company products and services, especially heavy machinery/mechanical products & Door Locks Machine, to customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and follow-ups
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and yearly sales reports for field sales staff and management
- Track field sales performance and support junior sales team members
- Submit daily field activity reports and sales updates to the office
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: 1–2 years in field sales
- Mandatory: Experience in Heavy Machine / Mechanical Sales & Door Locks Machine
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools preferred
