Job Description: Sales Executive – B2B / Field Sales
Hyderabad
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or SME B2B Sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, or SME B2B Sales.
Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation, client acquisition, and client management skills.
Ability to convince clients and convert prospects into customers.
Target-driven approach with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to travel for field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and other channels.
Identify and acquire new B2B and SME clients to drive business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
Convince clients, negotiate deals, and convert leads into successful sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct regular field visits and follow up with prospective clients.
Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and daily activity reports.
