Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive responsible for on-ground sales activities such as meeting customers, following up on leads, and closing sales. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and a target-driven approach to grow business in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close sales through field visits, cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door sales

• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis

• Implement effective sales strategies to improve results

• Maintain and update customer database and follow-up records

• Share regular sales performance reports and market feedback with management

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate (Commerce background mandatory)

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with sales interest may apply)

• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of field sales techniques

• Basic computer proficiency for reporting and follow-ups

• Willingness to work in the field and travel within assigned areas

Salary & Incentives

• In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Important Notes

• This is a field-based sales role involving regular outdoor visits

• Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales and client meetings

• Commerce background is mandatory

• Target orientation and self-motivation are essential
