Job Title: Sales Executive – Odisha
Location: Multiple locations across Odisha
Experience: 1–6 Years
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Job Description:

We are looking for Sales Executives with prior experience in any of the following industries:

Electrical & Lighting
Plumbing & Piping
Hardware & Paints

Key Responsibilities:

Manage dealer/distributor network and grow sales.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate orders through product demonstrations, schemes and price discussions.
Follow up on payments and ensure payment compliance.
Communicate sales offers and schemes to dealers/customers.
Work towards achieving sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase brand presence.
Regularly visit dealers/customers, understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Requirements:

2–6 years of relevant sales experience.
Experience in Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Piping, Hardware or Paints is mandatory.
B2B / field sales experience preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
B.Com / Graduate preferred.
