Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive business development and sales of electronics and industrial transformers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing new clients, handling customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.

• Identify and approach potential clients, including OEMs, EPC contractors, distributors, and industrial companies.

• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical/production team for suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for order closure.

• Negotiate with customers and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.

• Coordinate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Follow up on customer payments and support timely collections.

• Maintain sales records, lead pipelines, and regular sales reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities as required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years in Sales / Business Development, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Transformer, Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, or B2B sales.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic products will be an advantage.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented and willing to travel for client meetings.
