Requirements:

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition: Approach potential customers (individuals/businesses) to sell insurance products.
Sales Presentations: Conduct face-to-face meetings and explain policy features & benefits.
Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, outdoor activities, referrals, and networking.
Relationship Building: Maintain cordial and long-term customer relationships.
Market Insights: Share customer feedback to enhance product strategies.
Customer Support: Assist with policy renewals, claims support, and service queries.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
